Match report from another win at Taunton.
Match Report
Skipper Noah Kelly again won the toss and elected to bat first. The early loss of Freddie Chapman and Tom Burton to some tight Somerset bowling brought Noah to the crease and he picked up right where he had picked up the previous day taking the attack to the bowlers making a quickfire 30 before perishing trying to hit over the top. This brought Elliot Robinson (40*) to the crease who started cautiously before upping the ante at the back end of the innings along with Ayaan Khokhar (17*) to end with a competitive total of 182-6 off the allotted 45 overs. Louie Owens (5-1-20-1) took the attack straight to the Somerset top order with some fiery quick bowling, Leo Wilson (5-4-2-2) followed up yesterdays wickets with another outstanding display of swing bowling to support Louie and leave Somerset reeling after 10 overs. Oliver Rook (6-2-27-2) removed one of the centurions from Somerset's previous game with a pearler of a leg spin delivery through the gate and along wtih his spin twin Josh Hen-Boisen (6-4-3-2) and some outstanding fielding turned the screw on the Somerset innings before Tom Burton (5-2-10-2) and Freddie Chapman finished the innings off bowling Somerset out for 87.
