Game 1: Yorkshire 89-1 (Will Luxton 42*, Leo Johnson 25*) beat Lancashire 88-7 by 9 wickets.

Game 2: Lancashire 120-7 beat Yorkshire 119 all out (Leo Johnson 38) by 3 wickets.
Yorkshire played their 2nd T20 of the day and batted first. They were off to a positive start with Dan Ford and Yash Vagadia, but wickets fell and although Leo Johnson (38) batted with purpose, wickets continued to fall and the other batsmen failed to adapt to the situation as Yorkshire ended with a below par 120.
Lancashire came at the Yorkshire bowlers hard. Cooper Smith and Louis Beckett took two wickets each but the rest couldn’t quite maintain the pressure as Lancashire got home with a ball to spare.
Yorkshire will hopefully have learned much from this defeat about constructing an innings and closing out a game.

Game 3: Yorkshire 296-7 (Will Luxton 122, Dan Ford 71, Cooper Smith 52*) beat Lancashire 198 all out (Yash Vagadia 5-34) by 98 runs.
Yorkshire played their 50 over game with Lancashire on the 5th July. They lost the toss and were asked to bat. Hector Bowerman and Will Luxton made a solid start; compiling 63 for the first wicket before Bowerman mistimed a drive. A couple of quick wickets brought Dan Ford to the crease and he changed the tempo of the innings by running hard and being particularly severe on anything short.
Luxton carried on in his serene way to make an excellent century. Ford made an destructive 71 off 53 balls and there was still time for Cooper Smith to hammer an unbeaten 52 in 27 balls for Yorkshire to total 296-7 in their 50 overs.
Lancashire started well but the run rate started to climb as Yorkshire’s spinners tightened the screw. There was five wickets for Yash Vagadia and two each for Ben Stokes and Louis Beckett as Lancashire were all out for 198 to make Yorkshire the victors by 98 runs. This was an awesome display by Yorkshire U15s, who righted the wrongs of the previous day.
