Ray Knowles serves as the County Welfare Officer for Yorkshire. The YCB have three Assistant County Welfare Officers. These are Philip Robshaw who will cover North and East Yorkshire, Alan Farnell covering South Yorkshire and Brian Farrell covering West Yorkshire.
Jack Stockdale is now the point of contact for registering all safe hands courses plus any administrative work to support DBS checks.
