There is an exciting opportunity for two new coaches to join the team at The Yorkshire Cricket Board as Community Cricket Officers, with roles available in East and South Yorkshire.
Applicants need to have a sound knowledge and understanding of recreational cricket and have previous coaching experience in schools, cricket clubs and community groups.
Working with the Head of Region and the Club and Community Development Manager in the region, there will be a commitment to increase player participation at all levels.
The successful candidates will be required to work directly with local schools, community groups and cricket clubs. They will be responsible for the delivery of the Chance to Shine, school competitions, All Stars and Dynamos to engage and retain young people in cricket.
If you are an experienced UK Level 2 coach with proven administration, IT, marketing, managerial experience and have good communication skills, we are waiting to hear from you.
Working 35 hours a week, the role will involve some evening and weekend working.
A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidates.
All applicants are required to hold a current DBS, a clean driving license and be prepared to live in the area of Yorkshire they would be working in.
